2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered via our trusted shipping partners (e.g., Shiprocket).

• Estimated Delivery: Between 7 to 15 working days, depending on your location and distance from our dispatch center in Coimbatore/Chennai.
• Delays: While we strive for punctuality, please note that delivery might be delayed during festive seasons or due to unforeseen natural calamities. We appreciate your patience during these times.

3. Shipping Charges

• Important: We highly recommend filming an unboxing video starting from the moment you open the external courier seal. This is mandatory for any claims regarding damage or missing items.

5. Returns & Exchanges due to Shipping Issues

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please:

1. Refuse the delivery if the seal is broken.

3. Report any damaged or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. Address Changes
